Recap of the 2014 NBA Draft -- first round

In case you missed it, the 2014 NBA Draft took place last night where Vaughn, ON native and University of Kansas freshman star Andrew Wiggins was selected number 1 overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers. This continues the trend of selecting a Canadian player number one overall as was the case during last years 2013 NBA Draft where Brampton, ON native Anthony Bennett was also picked first by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Other notable Canadian talents selected in the first round are Nik Stauskas (University of Michigan) from Mississauga, ON who was picked 8th overall and Tyler Ennis (University of Syracuse) from Brampton, ON was picked 18th overall.
