Birdman "Single Take"

This "Single Take" explores the various nuances in which the cast and crew for this year's Academy Award Winner for Best Picture, 'Birdman Or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance)' had to undertake in order to create this stellar piece of cinema. The entire film is essentially made to look like one continuous take as the audience is given the privilege of watching all aspects of this charming film as if omnipresent. If you haven't seen it yet, we here at Daily News Project would be remiss if we did not admonish you to watch it; it offers a bit of dark humour, existential philosophy, riveting drama, a wonderful ensemble cast, and a truly meta outlook into how the protagonist and the actor playing him (Michael Keaton) share a dichotomy not often seen in movies. Enjoy the clip as the cast and crew explain how they had to shoot this scene.
